Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Please note that Magnetic Window Shades and some fly screens may require a lead time of 4-6 weeks due to custom production. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. 

If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4-6 weeks of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@vanketo.co.

Vanketo Returns & Refunds

At Vanketo, we stand behind the quality of what we make. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 10 working days of delivery.

To help us sort it out quickly, please send us:

  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos
  • a video if needed

Once our team has reviewed everything and approved the claim, we will let you know the next steps for a return, replacement, or refund.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first and receiving approval.

We will only provide a prepaid return label if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • we sent the wrong item

If an exchange is approved, we will organise the replacement as quickly as possible and keep you updated along the way.

Change of mind or wrong product ordered

We accept change of mind returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for the following products only:

  • Stealthy Shades*
  • Fly Screens*
  • Rear Awnings*

This also includes situations where:

  • the fit is not what you expected
  • the product is not what you were hoping for
  • you no longer need the item

To request a return, please send is an email to hello@vanketo.co with:

  • photos or videos showing the item’s condition
  • a short explanation of why you would like to return it

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • in the original packaging

For approved change of mind returns, we will refund the order value minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

*Custom orders for Window Covers, Rear Awnings and Fly Screens are excluded from our change of mind policy and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

IMPORTANT: These charges are strictly non negotiable. No change of mind return will be accepted unless the request is made within 30 days of delivery and the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. These requirements apply to all approved change of mind returns.

Bed Lift orders

Please note that Bed Lifts are not eligible for refunds or change of mind returns.

As these are large made to order items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, order incorrectly, are unhappy with the fit, expected something different, or no longer need the item. Please make sure all details are checked carefully before placing your order.

This does not affect your rights if the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

When refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply

We are not able to offer a refund, exchange, repair, or replacement for products that have been:

  • misused
  • mishandled
  • installed incorrectly

Please make sure you follow all instructions, fitment guides, and product information before installing or using your item. This includes checking that the product is suitable for your vehicle before purchase and installation.
