Shipping and Returns
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. Please note that Magnetic Window Shades and some fly screens may require a lead time of 4-6 weeks due to custom production. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4-6 weeks of your order, feel free to follow up with us at hello@vanketo.co.
Returns & Exchange
- No refunds: We do not offer refunds after payment has been made, under any circumstances.

No change of mind returns: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products, including window shades, fly screens, or bed lifts, once the order has been placed.
- a $100 exchange fee (to cover the extra work involved), and
-
all shipping costs (shipping back to us and shipping the replacement back to you).
Wrong model ordered (exchange possible): If you ordered the wrong model, we may be able to exchange it. In this case, the customer must pay:
- shipping costs both ways (to send the products to us and for us to send them back), and
-
any modification fees required for the work.
Modifications (if possible): If you picked the wrong model or want modifications and we can complete the request, the customer must pay:
- Product condition: Please ensure products are used correctly and maintained properly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges if products are damaged due to improper folding, incorrect use, exposure to water, or improper installation.
- Defects or fit issues on arrival: If the item is defective or does not fit upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days and we will assess the situation for possible replacement.
Customer Responsibility
We recommend inspecting your items upon receipt and making sure they are suitable for your vehicle before use. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us immediately to address the problem.
