These Stealthy Shades are Australian made using premium materials, with fabric made from recycled fishing nets plus recycled plastic bottles (grey and black fabrics). They’re built with 5 layers to help reduce heat in summer and hold warmth in winter. The black side faces outside and has a UV 50+ treatment to help reflect the sun and cut glare.

Most windows install with magnets around the edges for a snug fit. The windshield is different: windshields are not magnetic, so the windshield cover is designed to stay in place without magnets.

Windshield (no magnets)

Place the windshield cover up with the black side facing outside.
Place each end along the windscreen edges, then fold the flaps along the stitch lines for a neat seal.
Put both sun visors down to lock it in place.

All other windows (magnetic)

Hold the cover on the window with the black side facing out.
Let the magnets grab around the edges.
Be careful the cover does not get caught in the rubber seal.
Adjust the cover around the stitch line until it sits neat and snug.

What’s the difference between the 73, 75, and 78 Series Troopy?

The main difference for our window covers is the windshield size. The 78 Series has a smaller windshield, so it uses a different windscreen cover. All the other window covers are the same across the 73, 75, and 78 Series.

Which side faces out?

The black side goes on the outside. It has a UV 50+ treatment to help reflect sun and reduce glare.

Do these use magnets?

All window covers use magnets except the windshield. The windshield cover is made to stay in place without magnets.

Do they help with heat and cold?

Yes. The 5 layer build is designed to help reduce heat in summer and keep warmth in during winter.

Will they fit my Troopy properly?

They’re made to suit Troopy window shapes. If you are unsure about your setup, send us a couple of photos and we’ll help.
